The Invicta Group employs over 200 men and women across Europe, North America and the Middle East. The group is lead by an expert management team who remain focussed on, and dedicated to, driving forward new and innovative solutions across all divisions of the group.
Management Team
Andy Shearer - Managing Director
Andy Shearer is the Managing Director and CEO of The Invicta Group and originally founded the company in 1983. Andy still maintains a very active, hands-on role within the company, overseeing all of the group's major projects. Before founding The Invicta Group, Andy played semi-professional rugby in South Africa.
Linda Frampton - Financial Director
Linda Frampton is the Financial Director of The Invicta Group and has worked for the company since 1985. Linda is responsible for all aspects of accounting and has full financial control within the group.
Adrian Read - Technical Director
Adrian Read is the Technical Director of The Invicta Group and has worked for the company since 1986. Adrian heads our team of CAD designers and is responsible for major projects, from inception through to final handover. Before joining The Invicta Group, Adrian gained design experience in the architectual industry working as an Architectural Technician.
Richard Mason - Manager/Company Secretary
Richard Mason is the Company Secretary of The Invicta Group and also Manager of the Durasteel (UK and UAE) and Invicta Fire Protection (US) divisions. Richard has worked for the company since 1994, joining as a construction surveyor, and has since gained extensive experience working for each of the specialist divisions in various roles. His responsibilities also include the management of the Ceilings & Partitioning and Interiors Divisions.
