The Invicta Group employs over 200 men and women across Europe, North America and the Middle East. The group is lead by an expert management team who remain focused on, and dedicated to, driving forward new and innovative solutions across all divisions of the group.

Leadership Team

Andy ShearerManaging Director/CEO

Andy Shearer is the Managing Director and CEO of The Invicta Group and originally founded the company in 1983. Andy still maintains a very active, hands-on role within the company, overseeing all of the group's major projects. Before founding The Invicta Group, Andy played semi-professional rugby in South Africa.

Richard MasonCommercial Director

Richard Mason is the Commercial Director of The Invicta Group, also managing the Durasteel (UK and UAE) and Invicta Fire Protection (US) divisions, and has worked for the company since 1994. Richard initially joined the company as a construction surveyor, and has since gained extensive experience working for each of the specialist divisions in various roles. His responsibilities also include the management of the Ceilings and Partitioning and Interiors Divisions.

Adrian ReadTechnical Director

Adrian Read is the Technical Director of The Invicta Group and has worked for the company since 1986. Adrian heads our team of CAD designers and is responsible for major projects, from inception through to final handover. Before joining The Invicta Group, Adrian gained design experience in the architectural industry working as an Architectural Technician.

David LearoydUK Sales Manager

David Learoyd is the Manager of the Mobile Shelving Division of The Invicta Group and has worked for the company since 1998. David is responsible for all aspects of the mobile shelving products and office and library products, including bespoke design and continual product improvement. He has worked within the mobile storage side of the industry for nearly 20 years. Prior to this, his engineering background is the grounding for many of the technical solutions provided by the division.

Anand RaghavanMiddle East Sales Manager

Anand Raghavan is the Sales Manager for the Middle East division of The Invicta Group, Invicta Durasteel UAE, and has worked for the company since 2008. A Mechanical Engineer with MBA, he has many years of experience in the construction and industrial sector in the region.

James BealeMarketing Manager

James Beale is the Marketing Manager of The Invicta Group and has worked for the company since 2008. Having gained a BSc in Computer Science, he moved into website design and development for 3 years, before broadening his skills and specialising in online marketing. He manages all aspects of Invicta's marketing strategies across Europe, North America and the Middle East with a hands-on approach.
