Andy is the Managing Director and CEO of The Invicta Group and originally founded the company in 1983. Andy still maintains a very active, hands-on role within the company, overseeing all of the group's major projects. Before founding The Invicta Group, Andy played semi-professional rugby in South Africa.

Anand Raghavan
Anand joined Invicta in 2008 and is the General Manager for the Middle East region. Anand holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mangalore University, India, and MBA from Columbus University, USA. He is a member of the UAE Society of Engineers, and his wealth of experience spans more than 15 years in the Middle East. His excellent interpersonal and leadership skills have continually aided the quest in growing the Invicta brand across the region.

Andy is the Manager of the Ceiling and Partition Division and one of the project managers in the mezzanine and racking divisions and has worked for the company since 2013.
Andy is responsible for all aspects of the ceilings and partitioning works, including bespoke design and continual product improvement. Within the racking and mezzanine divisions, Andy is responsible for the design and layouts of a lot of the mezzanine and racking projects. He has worked within the racking and mezzanine side of the industry for nearly 18 years.

Benn is the Sales Manager for the Invicta's Durasteel division and is responsible for developing sales and expanding the company's Durasteel customer base within the UK and Europe.

With 11 years of financial management experience, she oversees budgets and reporting, monitors cash-flow, liaises with external auditors and provides financial guidance and support at a project level.

David is responsible for all aspects of our mobile shelving product range, including bespoke design and continual product improvement. He has worked within the mobile storage industry for over 20 years and his engineering background has been the grounding for many of the technical solutions provided by the division.

Erwin has been a Senior Project Engineer for Invicta’s Durasteel division in the Middle East since 2014. He handles project execution, from RFQ, preparation of technical submittals and material preparations, up to project completion and handover. Erwin is a Mechanical Engineer and has over 9 years of engineering experience in the UAE. He is a member of the Philippines Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

Pamela is the HR & Admin Executive for Invicta’s UAE operations. She holds a BSc in Tourism major in Airline Transportation. She is located in our Dubai office and takes on responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations, logistics, procurement and general office administration. Prior to joining Invicta, she worked with Obayashi Corporation JTMJV Dubai Metro Project, Serco and Pytha 3D CAD Systems.

Paul is the Contracts Manager for the Group’s Fire Protection division and joined the company in 2008. With over 30 years of experience in the Construction industry, Paul oversees all Durasteel project contracts and is responsible for putting together plans and estimates, including budgets and timescales, preparing and presenting documents for tender, contributing to work planning, and briefing project teams, contractors and suppliers.

Rhenel joined Invicta's UAE team in 2019 as a Project Engineer with 2 years of previous experience in the fire doors industry as a Technical Engineer. He is a BSc degree holder in Civil Engineering from University of the East Manila.

Rhine Solano
Rhine is a Design Engineer at Invicta in Qatar, having joined the group in 2016. He is responsible for drafting project designs and modifications using both 2D & 3D AutoCAD. Rhine gained a BSc in Architecture from Far Eastern University, Philippines, and also studied Computer Aided Design. He previously worked in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia as Project Designer, CADD/AUTOCAD Operator and Draftsman.
